All of our key chains are made to order. They are constructed of light-weight, high-quality acrylic and are sealed with a protective coating. When ordering your key chain, choose your acrylic rectangle color, your font and your text color. However you type your personalization is how your key chan will be personalized. For example, if you type in all caps, your key chain will be created in all caps. For greek sorority letters, please confirm your sorority letters in the notes section at checkout.

CAN I ORDER MY KEY CHAIN WITHOUT THE HEART?

Sorry - all of our key chains come with the white heart. It can, however, be removed from your key chain once you receive it like you would a key.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?

All of our key chains come in our signature pink heart box – perfect for gift giving! if this is a gift and you are sending it directly to the recipient, please let us know via the order notes or email and we will not include the packing slip. We are happy to include a gift note as well.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Our pieces are all made to order. Processing times may vary due to holidays or demand. The processing time for this item is 4-6 business days before it ships. In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule. 

ONCE SHIPPED, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship our products from Boca Raton, Florida, USA. At checkout, you will be presented with several shipping options. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE PRODUCTION TIMES.

Once the package leaves the country, tracking will show the order standing still at a major US Port. This does not mean it is stuck! In this case, it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery. Keep in mind that this method will only update where the package is within the US - once it ships overseas, we are not able to provide any additional insight on the order's whereabouts other than what the tracking shows.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. 

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost/stolen packages.
